It would have 5 stars but itâ€™s not a hardcover. Which is fine-especially if thatâ€™s its only downfall. Youâ€™ll love this book if you have one or several young nieces and nephews, grandchildren, kids, or friendsâ€™ kids at the beginning reading level and being read to. Itâ€™s short enough it can be used as a nighttime book and perfect for those just starting off to read. Parents would love to give it (it being affordable and NOT candy) and receive it. And not all kids are into this series but itâ€™s unisex so more kids are than usual. My niece is head over heals for the show and was so happy to see that her aunt got her an Easter themed nightdress and nighttime book for bed-to extend Easter celebrations out into the night! The idea is a great one btw.

Perfect for kids who love Paw Patrol pups! Fun story at Easter time, but also through the year as itâ€™s a story they love to read all the time! So glad I bought this & another Paw Patrol book for my 3 yr old granddaughter. We sent them as an Easter gift for her basket & she loved them.

My 3 year old loved the design but the tattoos wash off way too easily and quickly. We had to put a new one on every day!

Adorable book. I love it and so does my 4 year old son. My husband and I have been trying to explain Kwanzaa and why we celebrate it to our son. We are fortunate to live in a community where there are many others that also celebrate - but he hears mostly of santa and presents at school. This book was a great introduction and he has more curiosity about the Kinora and other items in our house related to Kwanzaa and talks about that at least close to as much as the presents he will be getting. I loved the story of his grandmother and how it really brought the idea of 'doing for others' home.

My son loves this book. Its an adorable story about togetherness and a little rabbit who wanted his granna to have an enjoyable Kwanzaa

We bought this for my 4.5 year old, along with a few other books to read during the holiday season to learn about celebrations of all kinds. 2 months later, he still asks for us to read this almost nightly. He says his favorite part is when Li'l Rabbit is feeling sad on his way home because he couldn't find anything to surprise Granna Rabbit but then he gets home and he's surprised because all his friends in the forest came to make Karamu.

Working at a school that's not-so-diverse, I sometimes have a hard time finding books that convey the spirit of holidays that aren't well-known. This book does a pretty good job of helping younger students understand the principles of Kwaanza--just don't forget to include them after you read the story! The last two pages give an example from the story of each principle. Simply as a story, the message is clear and a good one: Doing special things for others is not only thoughtful and caring, it makes US feel good, too. The illustrations are colorful and very nicely done.I have paired this with a short video of a family celebrating Kwanzaa. You can find a good one if you search "Sesame Street Kwanzaa" online.

This book is very short and, unfortunately, does not deliver on the promise of teaching readers the secrets of super strength through isometrics. It offers some short, colorful biographies of strongmen throughout history, but it does not offer to the readers a complete list of isometric exercises the author has put to the test in real life from which he himself has presumably gained super strength.He does state that, in his opinion, the ultimate secret to super strength is strong hands, and he does provide instructions for some isometric exercises for the hands. But it was not nearly enough isometric information for me. I was very disappointed that he did not provide information on his isometric approaches for strengthening muscles throughout the entire body.I don't personally aspire to achieving super strength, but if one hopes to maintain muscle strength, at all ages, and particularly going into old age when muscle mass begins to drain away, month by month and year by year, isometric exercises are an extremely important adjunct to one's exercise routine. Even people who are completely disabled can do them.Ultimately, though, since the author provides this book at no charge, it is difficult to be overly displeased with him. He's basically created a too grandiose title for a very unambitious, extremely short book.
